Classification of ceramic molds and simple handling techniques for sticking molds

After the application range of ceramic molds is more and more extensive, more and more types of mold structural parts ceramic molds, electronic ceramic molds, and process ceramic molds are included. They are different from different representative products, and their processing techniques are also different.

For example, structural ceramic molds are used in some electrical equipment, especially for workpieces that require wear and insulation and are used in large quantities. Structural ceramic molds are ideal. Electronic ceramic molds are mainly used to mold ceramic capacitors, varistors, and ceramic heaters. They are only used when specific products are produced.

There are also ceramic molds, mostly wood molds, which are generally not too complicated in shape, and are suitable for mass production of ceramic molds for life and decoration. Regardless of the type of ceramic mold, there is a possibility of sticking mold during use, and teach you a simple treatment method.

Especially when the weather is relatively humid, the humidity of the powder cannot be controlled, so it is easy to cause the ceramic mold to stick. In order not to affect the normal production, it is necessary to master some simple processing methods, which are also described in two cases.

One is for flat ceramic molds. To solve the problem of sticking mold, some fine sandpaper can be used to flatten the sandpaper. The mold is pushed flat on the top and back and forth several times to temporarily reduce the sticking mold. There is also a special-shaped ceramic mold, which can be made of absorbent cotton and rubbed with a polishing paste of 2000# or more to rub back and forth on the end face of the mold to reduce the sticking of the mold.
