The stability of ceramic molds and their stamping is related to many factors. Therefore, in order to produce high-quality ceramic molds, we must pay attention to them from all aspects, namely the use of mold materials; the strength requirements of mold structural parts. The stability of the properties of the stamping material; the fluctuation characteristics of the material thickness; the range of variation of the material; the resistance of the tensile rib; the range of the blanking force; the choice of the lubricant.

 

In the process of stamping and forming ceramic molds, since each stamping sheet has its own chemical composition, mechanical properties and characteristic values closely related to stamping properties, the performance of the stamping material is unstable, the thickness of the stamping material fluctuates, and the stamping material. The change not only directly affects the accuracy and quality of the press forming process, but also may cause damage to the mold.

 

 Taking the stretching rib as an example, it occupies a very important position in the stamping and forming of the ceramic mold. In the stretch forming process, the forming of the product needs to have a certain size and a proper pulling force along the fixed periphery. This pulling force comes from the force of the punching device, the deformation resistance of the material of the edge portion, and the flow resistance on the side of the crimping ring. However, if the flow resistance is generated only by the action of the blank holder force, the friction between the mold and the material is insufficient.

 

 In order to provide a tensile rib that can generate a large resistance on the bead ring, the purpose is to increase the resistance of the feed, thereby causing a large plastic deformation of the material to meet the requirements of plastic deformation and plastic flow of the material. At the same time, by changing the size and distribution of the resistance of the tensile ribs, and controlling the speed of the material flowing into the mold and the amount of feed, effective adjustment of the tensile force and its distribution in each deformation region of the tensile member is achieved, thereby preventing stretching. Quality problems such as cracking, wrinkling and deformation of the product during forming.

 

That is to say, in the process of designing the stamping process and the ceramic mold, the size of the tensile resistance must be fully considered; and the stretching ribs are arranged according to the range of the blanking force and the form of the stretching ribs is determined, so that the deformation regions are pressed.
