As for the anti-folding and anti-wear It is directly related to hardness. If the hardness is high, these two aspects will not occur.

 

 

If high-grade bone china is used, the water absorption rate and temperature of the plaster for ceramic mold should be considered. Generally, the temperature of imported gypsum can be burned to more than 1300 degrees, so there is no problem in high temperature resistance. It is necessary to pay attention to its hardness and solidification time.

 

In addition, the ceramic mold does not require the whiteness of the gypsum used, but the price of gypsum with high whiteness is also high. For example, gypsum with high whiteness is basically used in medical treatment. In addition, the ceramic slurry is more abrasive to the mold, and the fine particles in the slurry itself are abrasives, which are very abrasive to the metal. Therefore, the longer the ceramic mold is used, the more the mold wears.
