The origin of ceramic valve film mold and the raw materials and materials

Jul 21, 2018

The ceramic valve film mold is a kind of mold. Ceramic molds began to appear in 1877, and by 1930, this type of mold began to choose the organization number. After the 1980s, foreign ceramic molds developed rapidly, and domestic ceramic molds began to develop in the 1950s. Moreover, from the current point of view, the ceramic mold still occupies a large proportion in the total amount of the mold, and the ceramic water valve sheet mold is produced with the appearance of the ceramic water valve sheet.

Ceramic valve film molds have similarities to ordinary ceramic molds. This type of mold can be made of gypsum on the raw material.

Ordinary gypsum: The production process is for grouting and printing, because the two production processes do not require high gypsum.

High-strength gypsum: mainly used in extrusion production, because the extrusion will be accompanied by a certain pressure, so the mold is required to withstand a certain impact.

The ceramic water valve sheet has high strength, good hardness, easy cleaning, small deformation and good insulation performance, and has good moisture resistance, wear resistance, stain resistance, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. In addition, it also has a certain resistance to quenching and rapid heat.

Ceramic valve film mold material should meet three basic principles: it can meet the working requirements of wear resistance, toughness, etc., can meet the process requirements, and the mold should have good economic applicability.

The performance requirements of ceramic valve film mold mainly involve wear resistance, toughness, fatigue fracture performance, high temperature performance, cold and heat fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, it should be able to meet the specific requirements of these six performances. Ensure the overall performance of the mold and let the mold have good performance.
