Cemented carbide molds can be divided into three categories according to their use. The first category is carbide drawing molds, which account for the vast majority of cemented carbide molds. China's current wire drawing die's major brands YG8, YG6, YG3, followed by YG15, YG6X, YG3X, and so on.


The second type of cemented carbide die is a cold die cold die and a plastic die. The main brands are YC20C, YG20, YG15, CT35, and YJT30 and MO15. The third type of mold is a non-magnetic alloy mold for the production of magnetic materials, such as the YSN series of YSN and the steel joint non-magnetic mold number TMF.


No matter what kind of hard alloy mold, when it is necessary to use them to produce metal parts, the operation of the equipment needs to strictly abide by the corresponding operating specifications, so as to eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure safe production. Therefore, before using a cemented carbide mold for processing, you should read the instructions carefully and be familiar with the machine's performance, functions, and operating methods.


When using carbide dies for machining, it is necessary to pay attention to the operating conditions of the equipment at a certain time, and it is not possible to leave the machine when it is running, leaving the machine out of an unsupervised state. If the machine is found to be abnormal, it must be stopped and checked immediately. The problems that can be solved can be resolved in time. If the problem cannot be solved, contact the sales office for disposal.


The operators who use the carbide alloy mold for processing and production should have certain experience and mechanical basis. Others cannot operate the machine without permission. In addition, clothing that meets the requirements should be worn during operation, and cuffs and trousers should not be too long, and should be closed. A work cap must be worn to prevent hair from getting caught in the machine.
